The emphasis on consultation and deliberation at Interiasquad.com helps us ensure quality work and efficient time and budget management. Our team of talented design experts sits down with each of our clients to form a collaborative list of interior design ideas. We then transform what is on paper into reality, making sure to work closely together with our client throughout the process.



To Achieve this goal we have divided our framework in multiple stages.

Framework

After first call in person meeting.

This very important first step. We spend time to understand your vision for home, lifestyle, your needs, your dream. We also explain the value that we may bring to your project. How we will resolve the challenges.

Also this is a work session where we determine project scope, timeline, budget and feasibility.

We discuss ideas and guidance for your project and a discussion of our process. How we design and research, how we work with contractors and trades, how we manage the products through to installation and how we notify during the project

After assessment we prepare a Fee Estimate Proposal and Agreement & share with you for review. This document details the scope of work for the entire project, the estimated design fee, the payment terms, the estimated timeline, and the terms and conditions

After your approval and initial advance on our design and project management fee, we initiate the next step.

During the planning stage, we carefully assess and document the conditions of the existing site, prepare measurements and photographs for reference.

In this phase , we also review in detail. contractor, sub contractor , vendors hiring process.

We have developed a resource list that we share with you to simplify the process for hiring vendors people. you can contact or you may ask us to schedule appointments to obtain quotes and estimates.

You are also welcomed to invite your contractors to this meeting to discuss feasibility of initial concepts and ideas.

Here our work skills and talented resources that will respond your needs and work to solve the challenges and limitations of the space.

Thorough plan review, creating 2D and 3D renderings, sketches, elevations, and color schemes.

Simultaneous we source required materials, fixtures and furnishings.

In this phase we work with the teams / vendors you selected to gather quotes and estimates which we can include in the initial budget, which is also developed during this step.

This is really great moment, when we discuss on custom planned designs.

Floor plans, color scheme, fabric, wallpaper samples, other material samples, furniture selections.

As we have already spend time to listen you, we will bring only one option which will not make you confuse.

We believe that joint efforts between client and designer bring great results. this discussion, presentation will address all of your desire and needs, as well as our expert vision for your project, based on previous meetings and discussions.

Your time is valuable

Here we are meeting all the teams and continue to measure the work is on process.

In this stage we are in process of the procurement of all furnishings and products, track and manage all orders. Assess lead times, note any back-orders or discontinued items that may delay the project.

We make sure to maintain the project time line.

Any custom furniture product ordered we go to inspect. furnishings we ordered are received at our warehouse, inspected for damages, Claims and reorders are made for any items that arrive damaged. We prefer to install on one day instead of several different deliveries arriving at your home, however, some custom items be installed prior to the main installation day.

We keep communicate with you per week basis with the progress of products and orders.

Furniture installation usually takes place in one day only, with prior planning.

This is really happy moment, when we make a walk through and show you the style and share benefits of each item.

Walk through can be plan same day or other day also.

Although we dream and work hard for perfection. mistakes or accidents can happen. during the walk through you may look for any deficiencies.

During complete process we already maintain progress check, this task is not required in most of cases. in case we may ask vendors to solve the issue with in two weeks.
