First stage is information gathering stage. We
understand your dream your vision, also we take your layout for study.
Next is the site visit, we’d love to hear your
ideas, walk with you in this journey. We discuss the process and share our
expertise and a direction for your project.
Next, we will share cost idea with you in 4-6 days
along with our consultation fee, Scope of work, estimated project time, Design
fee.
After that, once the advance payment is done. We
will initiate to assemble contractor, sub-contractor, teams for quotes and work
as per design plan.
Next based on decided design and products like
furnishing, fabrics etc. We will breakdown the budget for your final approval. Once
this is done, we will initiate proposal for the vendors & process vendors
payment as decided.
We suggest all decision makers to present for
discussions/ consultations stage. We love to take everyone’s inputs for the
project. Your budget is the key component for us. Please share minimum or maximum
budget you have decided.

Before finalization we work with you to make your satisfactory order, in case if you change your mind.
Once we final & get acknowledgement from vendor, it cannot be cancel. This is especially true for custom orders. These require extra time, special handling and skilled team to create a custom piece just for you, and for that reason manufacturers will not cancel custom orders. Any stocked items can be cancelled depending on vendor.
